Instead of watching “Napoleon Dynamite”–again!–there are classic movies that anyone who wants to learn about leadership should rent. I have three favorites. The first is “Twelve O’Clock High,” starring Gregory Peck. The next is “Twelve Angry Men” starring Henry Fonda. And the third is “The Fountainhead,”  starring Gary Cooper.

“The Devil Wears Prada” is not in the same class, but it is still a funny, funny movie.  It is more about leadership than the fashion industry.

It is impossible to watch any one of these four movies and not be more motivated.
