		<description>I think this is very common, actually.  What jobseekers miss, however, is that they are being watched for even the smallest detail.  How they walk to the interview room, ie, do they have a bounce in their step.  I even know someone who likes to walk them out to their car, just to see if they keep the inside of their car somewhat clean!</description>

		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more.  Typically the people we bring in for an interview are very well screened for technical skills and capability.  So what we are really looking for beyond that is if the person fits our culture. We make sure these individuals meet everyone in the office, and based on those informal meetings, we determine who we want to work with us.  This is like a 360Â° review before the hire.  None of us are hiring gurus, but we do know our culture.</description>
