So many people have emailed me directly commenting on a recent post where I listed GetHuman as a resource to help you find a way to bypass phone systems to get to a real person.
It is a sad commentary when someone has to create a website to help consumers find out how to talk to your company.
The worst? Daily newspapers. Sporadically, I have been calling a few dailies around the country as part of a discovery program/process to make sure JobDig is THE easiest company in our space to do business with. It is not only hard to get a real person on the phone, often you can’t even find a number to call.
