From time to time, we add sales reps to our team. Mostly, we recruit using our own media with great results. We just created a new video recruitment tool which you can see here. I will let you know how it works for us.

I like the video — but I’m curious; do many people who are out of their twenties use the service? I’m guessing No; that your target market is the early twenties – mid – thirties.

Use this service? This is for us only at the present time, Bill. Since we hire mostly twentysomethings…it is on target for us. I am not sure if it works specificially but i do know that we are now getting people calling us asking if we are about to hire more sales reps,
They do go to our site and read and watch all sorts of things. Whether or not video catches on others’ sites is a good question.
