I shared it with several people. Quite frankly your insight was amazing, and it has opened other issues. I personally hate reviews, but our CEO seems to think they are relevant. I would rather use exciting ideas, and innovation to drive our company, rather than bog ourselves down with bureaucratical layers of busywork. Your comment about how it is received in the pews was right on. Bottom line GL---its a motivational issue. Your companies seems to have that fresh approach to business, not unlike the difference between Mac, and Microsoft. Thank you ---I hope to participate again. GL—it was a great response.
