		<description>This hits very close to home, because I have a future son-in-law graduating from a private business college this spring. I posed this question of the presume to him, and he replied that he thought that was the purpose of the cover letter.
I disagree in part; Cover letters should be able to fulfill most requirements of the presume in that they speak with enthusiasm about the applicant fitting into the team.  
The new part seems obvious to meâ€”Explain how cutting edge ideas, and technology will make you invaluable, as we compete with changing markets. I am sure the candidateâ€™s experiences in school/internships have inspired them in some way to shape our world, just explain your passions.

If this intimidates (and it will) current bossesâ€”shame on us</description>
