This information does not surprise me. I have seen it coming.
The term [tag]helicopter parents[/tag] refers to those parents who are so involved in their kids’ lives that they hover over them constantly. It went from attending T-ball games and dance recitals to attending college classes (in the back row however!) and now….

To [tag]Job Interviews[/tag]!

Can you quite believe it? According to Terry Arndt, a [tag]Jobdig[/tag] content contributor who recently stopped by our offices, this is happening today at job interviews. “Twenty-somethings are actually bringing Mom or Dad with them to job interviews,” he said. “Although they do not typically go for the first interview, but for the second interview, when an offer is about to be made.” Terry counsels college kids across the country and sees this as a developing problem. Ya think?

So, What Would Dad Say if a job applicant came in with mom or dad?

Get a life…to Mom or Dad.
