The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
[tag]Ty Pennington [/tag]is in our area this week, building a new house for a very deserving woman who took in her sister’s four kids. I hereby withdraw Ty from my [tag]People Like Paris[/tag] category. He seems like a good guy, doesn’t he? The former underwear model has a big heart.
And then there is [tag]Michael Vick[/tag]. I see today in Court he is feeling awful and just remorseful as can be. I do wonder, don’t you, if those are his true feelings or feeling badly about being caught. As [tag]Wanda Sykes[/tag] so cleverly said about [tag]Paris Hilton[/tag], “how can you screw up being rich?” Same with Vick…the [tag]Atlanta Falcons[/tag] are now going after his $22 million,….omg…$22 million bonus money. Maybe he will be poor and not just stupid.
Commentators, pundits, internet security forces and editorial writers are now finally taking [tag]Monster[/tag] to task for their security breach of about one and half million resumes. Finally. Hopefully, some HR managers will realize their continued use only helps a company who is doing more harm than good.
Don’t make this mistake again, Ms. HR person.
