Results
- I don’t deliver projects on schedule and on budget. I deliver projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
- I’ve generated incredible profits on multiple occasions by finding simple, innovative solutions to tough problems.
Teamwork
- I have an MS degree in computer science, have worked as a developer for many years, and am able to work with development teams far more effectively than someone who doesn’t have professional programming experience.
- I’m a strong proponent of continuous improvement and learning. A month from now, my team will be at least a little bit better than they are today. Six months from now, we’ll be a lot better, a year from now, we’ll be way better, and so on.
- I want team members to be excited about coming to the office every day because they have the opportunity to do great work, to learn, to grow, to improve, and to work with other people who are doing the same.
Communications
- I have a BA degree in communications, with a journalism emphasis, and have outstanding writing skills.
- I’ve taught software engineering classes at USC.
- I’ve taught writing and computer labs in the Irvine Unified School District.
- I’ve given professional presentations to a variety of audiences, up to and including C-level executives.
- No matter what the topic or audience, I can (almost) always find a way to communicate the information effectively.

If the job required attention to detail, I would change those “1.”s to bullet points or re-sequence them. Perhaps the number sequences got broken when they were clipped?
Yep, my bad here, some reason it won’t cut and paste the right numbers.
