I did speak with the sales rep who, after a bit of back and forth, finally gave me the code I need to cancel my ad. But, not before she told me, that her sales manager had told her to ask me..."What would I want to pay for the ad to go ahead and run it?" I feel sorry for the young sales rep...and her customers, too, who must now realize there is NO real price from this company. Follow up, 11:45 am, Friday.
