		<description>Yes, I would.  I was brought up in that tradition and trained by a fantastic employer to be so.  When due to modern economics, the employer sold out to a larger corporation, I saw change coming in and quit from a very senior position.  I took that culture to two other smaller corporations and to their credit, they still continue with that value system.

At the end of the day, it depends entirely on the leadership of the organization.</description>
