It is so much more fun to run outside. Even in the snow and cold.
Michael. Just be careful. dadspeak.
Hey GL,
As a jogger myself people often ask me how I find the motivation to go running when it is 30 degrees outside at night in the dark. I say, “I live in Seattle. If I didn’t go out when it was cold and dark I would only be able to run 6 weeks out of the year!”
I understand completely. I am just saying there is a huge difference between running in the rain and running along the snowy roads up here in scenic Minnesota, with all the slip sliding that we do. Especially if the jogger has one of those ipod thingys…know what I mean?
Just be careful out there, k?
my mom bought a treadmill that is motor driven, i still prefer to jog and run the old fashioned way.~-~
