I miss creative efforts from people who are not involved in any way in the creative world.  This means no advertising or PR types, or “innovators.”

I like the lady who wanted a job so badly that she made her own website about www.whyIwanttoworkforyou.com…this was creative.  (Her website has been taken down, this is my own fake.)  Hardeharhar if you clicked on it.  I win.

At my college, there was a big party atmosphere on 100th Night, which was celebrating graduation day one hundred days hence.  Seniors’ rooms were “decorated.”  And I mean DECORATED.  One room was emptied completely, duct-taped water tight, and filled with about 3 feet of water.  Good times, those pranks.  You get the idea.  Creative.

Nothing, of course, like the Best College Prank of All Time, which I have shown you before.  Ah, heck, it is April Fool’s Day in two days, you need to see this one again.  This was creative, Steve Jobs creative.

This happened in 1958 in England, a place not exactly known for creative types.   Putting a car on top of a building;  Classic. Jump over and read the story about how they did it.

What have you done creative lately on April Fool’s?
