His book is filled with ‘research’ that seemingly proves his main point. Dumbest? I think not. But there are some passages that I found myself agreeing with, such as:

If the guardians of tradition claim that the young, though ignorant, have a special perspective on the past, or if teachers prize the impulses of tenth-graders more than the thoughts of the wise and the works of the masters, learning loses its point.

We have a workforce here at JobDig where 75% of us are under the age of 30. I think everyone here over 50 would disagree vehemently with the premise of the book.

What is a good topic, however, is how one does manage to work with such a workforce, particularly if you are a baby boomer. I give some random tips over at US NEWS and WORLD REPORT today.
